Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us and give us the opportunity to assist you and find a solution or help return or exchange your product. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@wishgardens.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

We offer an easy 90-day return policy for most items as long as you have a receipt—with a few exceptions like rugs and furniture that must be returned within 30 days. You just need a receipt.

No receipt? No problem. We’ll try to locate a record of the purchase in our system. If we can’t, we’ll issue a merchandise credit for the lowest-selling price of the item within the last 365 days once the item is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  If damaged in transit on the way to your home, please send a photo of the damage.

To start a return or get answers to questions about returns, you can contact us at customerservice@wishgardens.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Oversized items require prior approval and may incur return shipping costs.

Wishgardens will either provide a return address within the United States, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned.

If you are sending an item in original condition within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you and your refund.

Wishgardens' Gift Cards and Credits

  • Items purchased from your credits can be returned within 90 days of delivery.
  • Items purchased are subject to the standard 90-day Wishgardens' Refund Policy.

Digital Products

  • Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the Wishgardens, are not returnable after purchase.
  • Digital educational resources can be exchanged within seven days of purchase for a resource that has not yet been downloaded.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

Jewelry and Watches

  • Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.  Your order will be sent right away and you will receive a refund on the first order as soon as we receive your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
